Are your wreaths suitable for indoor or outdoor use?
All of my creations are made with premium UV-resistant, waterproof artificial flowers and are individually glued to the wreath base, making them windproof, too.
What shipping options are available?
All of my products are shipped via Royal Mail Standard (UK…and Ireland) or Next Day Delivery (UK only). Once your item is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number in an email. Kindly note the creation time of the product you would like to purchase because dispatch may not be immediate.

Why are the majority of your products “out of stock”?
These products are handmade-to-order and the creation time, before dispatch, will vary between 24 hours to 10 days. This is listed on all products in my online shop.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, I do and I offer FREE design consultations to discuss your requirements before bringing your ideas to life. Kindly note, payment is required in full, before creation.
Examples of previous custom products I have created for clients have been for Awareness Days/ Months, Country Flags, Engagements/ Weddings, Football Teams, Business Names/ Themes and Movies/ TV Shows.
What sized wreaths do you offer?
30 - 80cm diameter (the width of a standard door frame), however bigger products can be created by request.

Can I make changes to wreaths in your online shop?
Yes. Please press the "Contact Me" button above with your requests and if necessary, I will book you a FREE design consultation to discuss any changes you require before purchasing, as these may incur additional charges.

What wreath bases do you use?
MDF, Grapevine or Metal bases; all product listings in my online shop specify the base used.
Do you create funeral/ memorial products?
Yes. In fact, these are my most popular custom request and I offer FREE design consultations to discuss your requirements before bringing your ideas to life.
There is a wreath and floral letter in my online shop; examples of pieces I can create and customise according to your needs. For example, you can choose different/ assorted coloured flowers or multiple letters to spell a word or name, that can be placed on a stand for your loved one’s hearse or final resting place.
Do you offer tutorials/ classes/ workshops?
I regularly go live on TikTok (@reasons.greetings) whilst creating custom orders and am always happy to answer any questions you may have. I also, occasionally, do live tutorials for specific products, which I announce in advance, to give you time to buy materials and create alongside me, virtually.
